Welcome to the 2023/2024 summer season! We are into round four and in classic SUNA fashion, we have experienced every season over the past few weeks.
Below is an introduction to your coaches and committee this season, details on upcoming events and a few reminders.
If you take any photos of your Ladybirds player at training or game night, please send them through on our socials, we love sharing what is happening through the club. See you out on the court!
23/24 summer introduction
Introducing our committee and coaches for the 2023/2024 summer season! We have a wonderful and dedicated committee that ensures everything at the club runs smoothly. We are always open to feedback, and offers of assistance, and are here to answer any questions you may have. Secretary - Sara Rogers, Treasurer - Jo Weeden, Registrar - Dana Ross, Uniforms and Child Safe Officer - Nicole Kendrick, Social Media - Amy Davis, General Committee - Leanne Ross and Ella Freeman. Our coaches for the summer season come with a wealth of experience to pass on to their players! 9 and under - Lexie Atkinson and Jo Weeden, 11 and under - Nicole Kendrick and Niccola Stadler, 13 and under - Sue Virgin and Tiff Day, Inters - Joady Taylor, Seniors - Niccola Stadler and Russell Turbill
Incentive program
Our incentive program was a huge hit for the summer season, so much so that we have not got everybody on our list! If you referred someone to Ladybirds this season or were referred by someone, please email secretary@ladybirdsnetball.com with your name, your child's name and the name of the player you registered/who referred you so we can ensure you get your vouchers!
Colour training
It's time to get colourful!!
This Thursday the 2nd of November we are getting bright and colourful at training to bring some joy to the court! Cannot wait to see you all in your funky outfits. Please remember you still need to be able to train so make sure you still wear proper netball shoes and clothes you can run in.
Both 9 and under teams are wearing blue, 11's red are wearing pink, 11's black are wearing rainbow, 13's red are wearing blue, 13's black are wearing rainbow and Inters are wearing blue also!
